Genesis 1:14, 2 Kings 4:23, Numbers 10:10, 1 Samuel 20:4-6, Nehemiah 10:33, Psalms 81:3. This Feast Days were observed in the past, we observe them today in obedience to Torah and they will also be kept in the Millenium Kingdom, Isaiah 63:23

Col 2:16 There for, let no man judge you in meat, drink or in regards to Set Apart Days, or of a new moon or Shabbat days.
